BIOGRAPHY Robert Pierce is in private practice, serving technology clients in the US and South America. Previously, he held the position of Director & Associate General Counsel at Adobe Systems Incorporated where he managed a team of lawyers that helped executives develop, market, and protect valuable software creations. Robert lectures occasionally at the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business and elsewhere.
